HC77 Terms & Conditions

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the HC77 platform, accessible at hc77.win. HC77 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, slots, live casino, fish games, and a VIP rewards programme to players in Pakistan.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "player" or "user") and HC77. They should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which are incorporated by reference.

By registering an account, logging in, or placing a bet on HC77, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If anything is unclear, you are welcome to contact the HC77 support team before proceeding.

All activity on HC77 is conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform is designed and operated specifically for players in Pakistan. All balances, transactions, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR unless stated otherwise in writing by HC77.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

HC77 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account or use any part of the HC77 platform. This rule is absolute and applies to all users regardless of circumstance.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You are using the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person.
• You are not a person who has previously been excluded or banned from the HC77 platform.
• You are accessing HC77 from your own device and your own network connection.

HC77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If you are unable to confirm your age or identity to our satisfaction, your account may be suspended and any funds held pending review. This process protects all users of the platform.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on HC77. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Keep your account credentials — username and password — secure and private at all times.
• Notify HC77 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
• Update your account information promptly if any of your details change.

HC77 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the breach occurred as a result of your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your account credentials.

Account sharing is not permitted. Your HC77 account is personal to you. Allowing another person to access or operate your account is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on HC77 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). HC77 supports the following deposit methods for Pakistan players:

• JazzCash — Pakistan's most widely used mobile wallet
• Easypaisa — Telenor's mobile financial services platform
• Raast — Pakistan's instant digital payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers from any Pakistan bank account
• Cards — debit and credit cards issued by Pakistan banks
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile wallet services

Deposits are generally credited to your HC77 account within minutes. Delays can occasionally occur due to processing times at your bank or wallet provider, but these are outside HC77's direct control. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, please contact support with your transaction reference.

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing using payment accounts belonging to other people is prohibited. HC77 may request proof that a payment method belongs to the account holder as part of the verification process.

5 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your HC77 balance to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawals are processed in PKR and returned to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account, or other registered payment method.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, HC77 may require account verification. This is a standard process designed to protect users and ensure funds are returned to the correct person. Required documents may include a valid CNIC and proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawal processing times vary by account tier:

• Standard accounts: withdrawals processed within the standard queue, typically within 24–48 hours.
• Gold VIP: priority queue placement for faster processing.
• Platinum VIP: same-day processing as the default option.
• Diamond VIP: instant priority — withdrawals processed at the front of the queue.

HC77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

HC77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. The following general bonus rules apply across all HC77 promotions:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement is the total amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the bonus terms for each offer.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Using bonuses in a way that HC77 reasonably determines to be abusive — including through coordinated play with other accounts — may result in bonus removal and account review.
• HC77 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or replace any promotion at any time. This does not affect bonuses already credited to your account that are within their stated validity window.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.

7 Betting Rules

Sports betting on HC77 covers cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, football, esports, and a range of other sporting events. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket, this means results as confirmed by the ICC or the relevant board. For PSL, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) result is used.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, bets may be voided depending on the specific market rules applicable to that event.
• Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. Live odds change in real time based on match conditions. HC77 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any point during play.
• HC77 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where the odds were published in error. In such cases, affected bets will be settled at void (stake returned).
• Maximum bet limits apply and may vary by sport, market, and account tier. These are displayed within the betting interface.

Any attempt to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes to place bets outside of normal market conditions is a breach of these Terms. HC77 reserves the right to void all such bets and review the accounts involved.

8 Slots & Casino Games

HC77 offers a wide selection of slot titles, live casino games, and fish games. These are provided by third-party game developers whose own game rules and RTP (Return to Player) information apply. HC77 acts as the platform operator and displays game content on behalf of these providers.

• Game outcomes for slots and fish games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Results are independently random and not influenced by previous game rounds.
• Live casino games — including live dealer tables — are conducted in real time with human dealers. Game results are final as announced by the live dealer and recorded by the game system.
• Jackpot prizes, where applicable, are subject to the terms of the specific jackpot game and are awarded based on the game provider's rules.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical issue, the round will be resolved based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the server. HC77's record of game outcomes is the definitive record.

HC77 reserves the right to remove or replace game titles from the platform at any time. This does not affect any game rounds already in progress at the time of removal.

9 VIP Programme

HC77 operates a four-tier VIP programme — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression through VIP tiers is based on cumulative activity on the platform. The specific thresholds for each tier are displayed on the VIP page.

• VIP status and associated benefits are non-transferable between accounts.
• HC77 reserves the right to review and adjust VIP tier thresholds at any time. Players will be notified of significant changes in advance.
• VIP benefits — including faster withdrawals, dedicated account managers, and exclusive PKR bonuses — are available to qualifying members while their tier status is active.
• HC77 reserves the right to demote or remove VIP status from any account found to be in breach of these Terms, engaged in bonus abuse, or involved in any activity that HC77 determines to be against the spirit of the programme.
• Personalised bonuses offered to VIP members are subject to the same general bonus rules set out in Section 6 of these Terms, plus any additional conditions communicated at the time of the offer.

10 Responsible Gaming

HC77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is intended as entertainment for adults. If gaming stops being enjoyable, or if you feel that your gaming activity is becoming difficult to manage, we encourage you to take a break and use the tools available on the platform.

• Self-exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion period through HC77 support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will be unable to deposit, bet, or access promotions.
• Deposit limits: You can request a personal deposit limit on your account. Requests to reduce a limit are applied immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Time management: Take regular breaks. Set a time budget for gaming sessions in the same way you set a PKR budget.
• Reality checks: HC77 may display session duration reminders. These are designed to help you stay aware of how long you have been playing.

11 Privacy & Data

HC77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using HC77 you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, transaction records, gameplay data, and device/connection information. This data is used to operate the platform, verify identity, process payments, prevent fraud, and improve the user experience.

HC77 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the platform and process your transactions.

12 Suspension & Account Closure

HC77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms.
• The account has been used for fraudulent activity or in connection with any illegal purpose.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Multiple accounts have been registered under the same individual or household.
• Bonus abuse, match betting, arbitrage, or other activities intended to exploit the platform have been identified.
• A self-exclusion request is in effect for the account holder.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, HC77 will aim to communicate the reason where it is appropriate and lawful to do so. Verified balances belonging to the account holder may be returned following the resolution of the review, subject to these Terms.

You may close your HC77 account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing.

13 Limitation of Liability

HC77 is provided on an "as available" basis. While the platform aims to maintain consistent uptime and performance, HC77 does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical issues outside HC77's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banking institutions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Loss of data or connectivity on the user's end during a game round or live betting session.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HC77's total liability to any user in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the verified PKR balance held in the affected account at the time the claim arose.

HC77 is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses claimed by users in connection with their use of the platform.

14 Changes to These Terms

HC77 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the HC77 platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you disagree with any changes made to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any verified balance.

We recommend that all players review these Terms periodically, particularly before claiming new promotions or during periods of significant platform updates.
